Banana Blueberry Muffins

I got this recipe from the owner of a gym. They are very healthy and have no added sugar.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 18 muffin tins with paper liners.
  2. Combine the banana, egg whites, water and oil in a bowl.
  3. Add the flour, baking soda and baking powder and combine.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Divide evenly among the 18 tins.
  6. Bake about 20 minutes.
  7. Cool on a wire rack.
