Banana Oatmeal Date Chocolate Chip Cookies
No sugar or butter on hand? No worries because these cookie bites don't need sugar or butter. Great healthy and nutritious cookie bites that are kid approved by my toddlers!

Cook Time: 25 minutes
Total Time: 35-40 minutes
Yield: 2 dozen
- 3 bananas
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup dried dates
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Mash bananas in a bowl. Add oats, salt and cinnamon.
- Pit dates and chop.
- Add dates and olive oil to oats and bananas. Mix ingredients evenly.
- Line baking pan and scoop into bite size. Bake for 25 minutes, or until ready.
