Bathroom Remodel for Disabled Homeowner?

I am writing on behalf of my sister, she is in her 60s and retired to take care of her husband who has no legs and is a diabetic. They live on what they get from retirement and disability, which as you know is not much. She is not able to give him baths anymore, please, she needs help repairing her bathroom for him.
