The bottom thread tension is top loose. Check your manual how to tighten it
I agree, I believe your bobbin tension is too loose. If you cant find a manual online there might be a YouTube video that shows you how to adjust.
Be sure that your thread is new also. Old thread causes a host of challenges. I hoard thread and when I pull out an old color it always causes issues.
You don't mention what machine you are running. Each bobbin case is different. Some of the really old ones have screw adjustments which you need to do in tiny increments with a tiny screw driver. Post back how things go!
