My bathroom light flickered then went out. I got a new 2d 4pin bulb to replace it. I turned off power at the box and bathroom, replaced the bulb, turned the power back on, and then turned the bathroom light on. It did not work, but the extracted fan on the same pull came on, but no light. I noticed it said reset, but were is reset button?

If this is an electrical question I would call in a professional. Safely first especially with electricity!! If the question is about a reset button on the fan, that is different. If about the fan, can you please post a pix and give make and model of the fan?
