Chicken Ramen soupNative chickens are those we raise in our own backyards. Most of us prefer native chickens, because they are tastier than the commercial broilers in the market.

This kind of chicken needs a lot of time to tenderize but with much better broth that's why I highly recommend it in preparing soup based meals.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. The secret to a more flavorful broth is to boil the chicken for 2-3 hours in salt, ginger and pepper. Or put it in a pressure cooker for an hour and a half.
  2. When chicken is tender, start adding the carrots, garlic and onion.
  3. Add the Japanese ramen and scallion. Cook this for 5-10 minutes or just until noodles gives a perfect texture.
  4. You can add chilies to spice it up and some chopped cabbage.
  5. Serve hot!
