This is what I like to think of as a classic chicken salad recipe.  Very, very tasty!  Great for these hot weather days!
Ingredients:
	-  2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
-  2 Tbsp. lemon juice
-  pinch salt
-  1 cup celery, sliced
-  1 cup green grapes
-  2 eggs, hard-boiled, diced
-  1/2 cup mayonnaise
-  1/4 cup slivered almonds, opt.
Directions:
	Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and salt; chill.  Combine with celery, grapes and eggs.  Toss lightly with mayonnaise; sprinkle with almonds.  Serve on lettuce leaf.
