Chili Sauce Sauteed Scallops

This is a quick meal to whip up for lunch or dinner. I used frozen scallops making this even easier to make. I did soak the scallops in room temperature water for 5 minutes prior. Once cooked the scallop sauce pairs well with the rice!

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Cook Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Yield: 3 - 4 people

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Wash scallops and drain. Pat dry.
  2. Chop ingredients - garlic and green onions.
  3. Over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Add garlic and sauté until it is golden brown.
  4. Then add scallops, chili sauce with black beans, and soy sauce.
  5. Sauté for 5 minutes. Garnish with green onions and dash of black pepper. It ready to serve.
