  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can Chinese noodles
  • 1 can Chinese vegetables or bean sprouts


Brown beef. Mix soup, vegetables and meat; put into casserole. Top with noodles and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

This is a great 'ethnic' casserole. I love the combination of celery, onions, and especially the water chestnuts in this. Very simple to make and very good!


  • 1 lb. hamburger, browned
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can water chestnuts, including juice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water
  • 4 tsp. soy sauce
  • Chinese noodles


Mix all ingredients together. Place in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Top with Chinese noodles the last 10 minutes or baking time.

Servings: 8
Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 90 Minutes

  • 1 lb. veal, diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can chicken and rice soup
  • Ad

  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup rice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce


Brown celery and onion in skillet. Mix with other ingredients; add browned meat. Bake in casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
