Supplies you'll need:

White vinegar
Baking soda
Spoon + small container
Scotch Bite non scratch scrubbing sponges
A window squeegee
Paper towels
Rain - X (this is from an auto parts store) 2 in 1 glass cleaner + water repellent

  1. In your container, add 1/2 cup of baking soda and pour just enough vinegar into the bowl to make a paste.
  2. When the fizzing stops, use your sponge to scoop up some of the paste and apply it to the shower door.
  3. Let this sit on the door for 10 to 15 minutes.

  5. Now take a window scrubber and scrap the door and rinse it with water. Be sure the window scrubber is for glass, otherwise it can damage your lass doors.
  6. Now to keep the scum off your bathroom door you'll need to use Rain - X. This is a great automative product that helps water bead off your windows. It will do the same for your shower doors.

Cleaning soap scum

Step 1
Spray the door

Step 2
Put Barkeepers Friend in the doors

Step 3
Wait a few minutes

Step 4
Use nylon net to scrub off

Step 5
A magic eraser works well, too

Step 6
Use a squeegee after each shower to prevent scum from forming again.

Vinegar and baking soda works well. Be sure to use a non abrasive sponge to scrub off. You may need to let the vinegar/baking soda mixture sit for awhile before scrubbing off.

If you don't want to do alot of scrubbing I would reccomend magic eraser. Magic eraser virtually cleans anything.

After using the shower, while it is still wet, use a dryer sheet to wipe down the door. Rinse with clear water, and dry with a microfiber towel. I do this whenever I take a shower, before I step out.

My shower has two glass walls as well as the glass door and they are always bright and clear.

Excellent results by using a product , CLR. Find in hardware stores, groceries. On the shelves for other cleaning products. To use, wear gloves, have some ventilation. This product is not a spray so wet a kitchen scrub sponge to apply. Rinse off then dry with paper towels. CLR stands for C (calcium) L (lime) R (rust).
