Be careful when you clean your white stove! If you get to aggressive, you end up with scratches. It really isn't necessary.
Simply wring out a dishcloth and apply baking soda to the stove surface. With gentle circular motion, gently rub and you'll find that food (even burnt food) will rub right off and no scratches. :)

Cleaning up cooked on spills on your white stove can be very difficult, but there is a very easy, very effective way to do it. Take a damp dishcloth and put some baking soda on it and rub. It melts the food and you won't scratch your appliance. :)

Good tip if the stove top has already cooled, but I've found if you wipe the spills up right away simply with a damp cloth while stovetop still hot/warm is absolutely the easiest ;-) (12/18/2009)
