I have a vintage doll I just acquired, but it smells really bad. It has porcelain hands, feet, and a porcelain head leaving its body as soft and stuffed. I can remove the clothes as well, it's mainly the stuffed body that stinks. How should I go about cleaning this doll?

I would saturate the body with Nok-Out. You can buy it on amazon.

I would proceed very carefully if you have not done doll restoration before as you can ruin the doll if you are not careful.
If you have a doll hospital nearby, you may want to contact them and have them take care of it, especially if you think the doll has value.
