Coloring Hair After Bleaching?

So I used Loreal Superior Preference Scandiave 10 to lighten my roots so I could apply semi permanent Splat Perky Purple product. Is it OK to use this semi over the permanent?

Yes. Semi-permanent has no ammonia, so you can.
