Cookies made with leftover crumbs.I save all the crumbs from cereal in a bag in my freezer. I use these crumbs to supplement my flour in baking recipes. I also add them to a meatloaf, if the cereal was not pre-sweetened.

I also save all juice from canned fruits for baking. These things save money. Most people throw them away.

Saving fruit juice for another purpose.

If I'm making a plain-type cake, I use leftover coffee for the liquid, or part of the liquid. Yummy when making a "coffee cake"! I've also used leftover juice as well.
