Corned Beef and Cabbage
Made in an Instant Pot and just as good as the old way!

Cook Time: 68 minutes
Total Time: 1 1/2 hours
Yield: Serves 6
- 3 lb corned beef brisket with seasoning packet
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 lb small red potatoes
- 1 small green cabbage
- Place corned beef into instant pot. Add two cups water. Sprinkle flavoring packet on top. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
- Add carrots, washed potatoes (cut in half if big), and cabbage that has been cut into chunks. Cook for 8 minutes on high pressure. Let pressure release. Serve.
