Crock Pot Cream Cheese Corn

Ingredients:

• 4 lb frozen sweet corn
• 2 8 ounce blocks cream cheese, cut into 1 inch squares
• 1 4 ounce stick salted butter
• 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream (not dessert topping)
• 4 Tbsp sugar or Splenda
• 1/2 tsp salt

Steps:

1. Put all of the ingredients into a crock pot on medium or low.
   
2. Cook for at least four hours.

Techically, you can cook it on the stove on high, but you won't have the same flavor as when left in a crock pot for all the flavors to mix wonderfully together while soaking in the dairy.
