I changed my PTO belt on my 2009 ltx1042 Cub Cadet mower and now it will not start and I do not no why.

questions -
does it make any attempt to start or nothing happens when you try to crank it?
was it running before you replaced the belt?
What happened to cause you to have to replace the belt?
Did you follow instructions carefully when installing belt and you did not change or remove anything else?
Has it been running this season or is this your first cut?
Bad gas from last year? Should have all new gas beginning of season.
Checked filter? Will not run with a dirty filter.

Check the install, also make sure everything is tighten, and turned off , and in park.
most likely the first effort was not sufficient and it must be attempted again.
