Recipe: Sausage Curry

Super easy and yummy to fix. My husband loves most anything with brown and serve sausage in it.

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. brown and serve sausage

• 1 can cream of celery soup
• 1/2 tsp. curry powder
• 1 medium apple, pared and sliced
• cooked rice

Directions:

Brown sausages in skillet; add soup, curry powder and apple slices. Cook over low heat till apples are tender, about 10 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 15 Minutes

Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
