From what I have seen on eBay, these mowers are in the $50 range.
Without an Id you may have trouble finding matching parts.
A lawn mower repair shop may be able to help you with parts.
Unbranded mowers in very used condition may be difficult to sell at any price.
Most sellers will have "local pick up only" which in actuality is about like selling on Craigslist as mowers are awkward and heavy and costly to ship.
