I grew a lot of carrots. Although I like them raw, I enjoy cooked carrots, too. This is an easy and inexpensive way to eat them.

Yield: 4 servings
- 1 lb carrots, sliced thinly in rounds
- 1 tsp fresh dill, or 1/2 tsp. dried
- 2 Tbsp butter
- Steam carrots until tender on stovetop or microwave. Drain.
- Add the butter and dill. Mix well.
