My dog has been spade for over 5 days now. She was on wheat free food as other food give her a bad stomach, but she refuses to eat it now and is not really interested in dry food? any ideas why?

If she is drinking, that is more important. I would give the vet a call anyway, for peace of mind.
I would call back to the Vet that did the spay. It is unusual for a dog not be be recovering pretty well by day 5. I might try to tempt her with something she really likes. But I would check with the Vet 1st.
