I have very dry skin and have bought so many different brands of lotion (some pretty pricey.) This seems to work better than any of them. Enjoy!

Ingredients

(All these ingredients are Dollar General brand)

  • 1 petroleum jelly
  • 1 aloe vera lotion (green bottle)
  • 2 pink baby lotions
  • 2 vitamin E creams

Directions

Mix with mixer

You can repack in the jars you emptied or buy new ones if you can find them.

I believe that Joyce is referring to the sizes that you can buy at Dollar General dollar stores. They probably only sell one size at that particular dollar store chain. Maybe Joyce has the bottles handy and can tell us how many ounces each bottle is?

I use a simular recipe. 1 bottle of baby lotion and 1 bottle of lotion containing vitamin E and 1 small container of vaseline and a couple of drops of peppermint oils.

Mix ingredients together and store in jars or in my case a small bucket with a lid. Works great for rough hands.
