Drain Cleaner Damaged Finish on Kitchen Sink

I used Kleen-Out drain opener on my black matte kitchen sink and it etched it. Is there any way to fix this?

You have permanently damaged the sink. There are companies that refinish sinks and tubs.

Contact the maker of this product, and send photo! Maybe they can offer help!

I agree with Ana. Here is a link to their website:

This type of damage will not be easy to repair on your own. You may need to contact the manufacture and see if they have a solution to refinish the inside of your sink. Other than this there is not much hope to get that stain out of your sink because it ate away at the top surface of the sink.
