Dye Transferred in the Wash?

I washed my jacket which is a lilac purplish color and I guess a cheap sock with red toes must have bled on it and there are stains all over the front. How can I remove the colored stains? I have not dried the jacket, I just left it be in my closet.

The chlorex brand makes a laundry item for removing bled colors. Try it in cold water. Don't put in dryer until its all gone. I had to use it twice. Ocyclean also can help.

Soak it in a 5 gallon bucket of hot water. Add a couple tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide and a couple tablespoons of powdered dishwasher detergent.
