You can put a want ad on Freecycle or Craigslist. You can also visit fabric stores and ask for donations.
look up different quilt guilds and quilting organizations in your area. Also go on meetup and look up any crafts, fabric, or stitch and bitch kind of groups.
You may Ask Walmart they earmark dollars for charity items. You do have to apply at Customer Service.
