Finding Free or Low Cost Veterinarian?

I can't afford any payments until the first of the month, but my cat has been bitten by a Pit Bull and is really hurt. She's walking, but not eating, is sore, and won't eat. She's missing a tooth and her jaw is kinda hanging! I really need an angel to tell me what I can do. I can make payments and always pay on the first but I need to take her in now.

In an emergency situation you should just take her in, get her seen and then discuss options with the vet. I don't believe that any vet would be heartless enough to let an animal die.

This is not an ideal scenario, but in case of an urgent emergency it may have to do

Also see ifyou qualify for Care Credit, and ifyour vet accepts it. Care Credit is basically a credit card for vet, dental, and other medical epenses and many health care providers accept it. That's how we were able to get a root canal we needed once.

I'm sure any vet will work out a plan with you. You cannot ignore this situation.
