Finding H20 Steam Mop Part

My H20 X5 steam mop stopped working. I took it apart and two of the pipes broke. I descaled the little boiler then got some more hose, unfortunately the first I purchased was too thick and couldn't close the unit. The next I got just melted, grrr. Where can I buy some more hose from that will fit and not melt please? I've tried the internet but getting nowhere. HELP!

As you have found, these are not parts you would normally have to replace and finding the right size hose that will take the heat will be difficult but why not take the machine and broken parts to a couple of auto parts stores and see if they have anything you could use.

You might also have luck checking with a plumbing shop, especially one that sells to contractors.
Ace hardware stores also have a good line of stuff like this.

For best results you should take the broken parts and machine with you so someone can see exactly what has happened and look at the broken parts.

I was given a used H20.X5 as it wasn't working. Stripped it down, found it was clogged up, broken pipe & a faulty (non seviceable!) pump ........... a highly priced item in Britain but a cheaply made piece of tat from China that needs an hour to flush it through after each 10 minutes of use!!

Good in idea but pointless in reality

deionized water helps but I feel that defeats the object if one has to buy 'special 'water to allow the unit to perform at a constant level. The pipes are a weak point but enlarging the ports internal diameter helps but hey, if everyone used a stem cleaner - l@@k out environment!!

I have found a set of used hoses that might work on eBay. I am not sure if they are the hoses you are looking for or not. Here is the link to check them out. www.ebay.com/.../1001933245?iid=372971319244. If these are not the correct hoses the company does not seem to sell replacement hoses for this unit.

The only way to actually get these parts is to buy an old machine that is not working and take it apart to get the hoses out of it. Other than this you may get lucky to find some used hoses like the ones I posted here that will work for your unit.

Contact this link for parts, and also you can inquire on the hoses needed to fix your issue. They in return can tell you if your machine is a fixer or done for. This link will sell and answer product questions - reviewmotors.co/.../
