I have made pineapple sheera today and it is very sweet. How can I lessen the sweetness?
The best way to cut down the sweetness in pineapple is to use a green pineapple that isn't too ripe and on the bitter side. This will suck up some of the sweetness inside the sheera and make it possible to eat.
Add water to dilute it.
I'd add bits of unsweet, less ripe pineapple to it
