I have not replaced doll legs for many years but I do remember placing the leg joint in very hot water and popping it back in place.
Just have no idea if this is the same type but it should not damage the leg even if it does not fix it.
Just the leg joint is all you need to place in hot water as it reduces the size just enough to let it slip back in.

I also found this on ThriftyFun so check this out just in case it will work for this doll.

The hot water doesnt reduce the size or the hole, it heats the plastic enough to make it soft enough to flex and let the ball to enter the leg.

If it is constructed similarly to Barbies and other plastic dolls, it will probably work well. It is certainly worth trying.

It should work, if the legs are constructed the same way.

Have no idea without ripping a Barbie leg off. My 5 yr old granddaughter might be opposed to that! I submitted the picture in Hope's someone might know that answer. It's just a ball and socket.
