The doll's leg came off as a result of a vigorous pull. Nothing appears to be broken. How can I reattach it?

heat up the leg in boiling water so it will be more flexible then pop it into its socket
Thank you for saying to boil the leg - it snapped right back on! I had tried everything and it just would not go back on. Ken thanks you, I thank you for not having to buy a new doll and my granddaughter thanks you!
Great tip thank you so much my daughter got a Barbie yesterday for her birthday today oldest boy was a bit rough and leg came off Daughter so upset manage to fix thanks to your tip.

Doesn't work
Can use a torch for a second as well on the inside hole/joint of the leg instead of boiling. Snaps right on.
