Fruit Cobbler

This is great because you can vary the types of fruit you use in this recipe! Great dessert!

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups apples, rhubarb or blueberries
  • Advertisement

  • 1 cup sugar, or more for rhubarb
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted

Directions:

Place fruit in 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; then add water. Mix last 4 ingredients together and sprinkle over the top. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Servings: 9-12
Prep Time: 15-20 Minutes
Cooking Time: 60 Minutes
