Garlic Butter Shrimp

Some family members want shrimp dishes peeled because it would be less effort for them during meal time. But the other members like it with shells because to them shells trap more flavor of the shrimp. So I'm cooking a garlic-butter shrimp recipe with unpeeled shrimp. It was indeed more delicious than the peeled ones.

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Sauté chopped onion in a hot pan with one tablespoon butter.
  2. Add the shrimps sprinkled with sal,t and stir fry until they turn red. Also add another tablespoon of butter.
  3. Sprinkle with toasted garlic.
  4. Then add the oyster sauce.
  5. Stir for 2-3 more minutes and you're ready for a sumptous dinner.
