When you have to eat gluten free, sometimes you have to use your imagination to come up with something for lunch. I haven't figured out how to hold this together except to hold it in my hand, so when I make it, I eat it there on the spot and it is so good. I always want another one.

Total Time: 2 minutes

Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lettuce leaves
  • 1 dab of mayonnaise
  • 1 slice of cheese singles
  • 1 slice of sandwich ham

Steps:

  1. Carefully pull lettuce leaves off head of lettuce so as to not tear them.
