I buy mod podge from Walmart in a large jar, it costs roughly $6-$7, and Ive had it for more than a year. You can also buy 2 ounce bottles at dollar tree stores for $1.
Is this weatherproof?
I don't think I would trust it to be entirely weatherproof. Some people recommend putting decoupage in the dishwasher and some say to hand wash. I wouldn't want my hard work to be ruined by exposure to the elements. It's not just the rain but also the temperature fluctuations over time.
You might want to use epoxy or some other more permanent glue or varnish to make it really weather resistant.
It is not weather proof, I choose to make this as a candle holder or as a piece for decoration on table/stand.Thanks
