I believe the answer would be based around the temperature outside. If it was recent and the weather was high cold to freezing then you should not use it.
The chemicals separate in refrigerator or freezer and they do not combine well after 'thawing'.
Using this could damage your hair as one chemical could be too strong and burn or discolor your hair so do not take a chance with this; toss and buy new.
If solution was unopened, approximately a year....as long as the solution didn't freeze. (If the solution was opened, 6 months, if it didn't freeze.)
It usually has a shelf life of a year. If it froze, I would not use it.
