Buying a floral crown for the bride and for the entourage can be so frustrating as prices differ as to the beauty and the quality. More or less, it's from $7-$20, but mine is just below $2.

You just need to choose the right flowers, those which have neutral colors like what's on the photo. Even the photographer loved it because it's filter-friendly.

On your wedding, choose neutral colors not just on the flowers, but as well as your motif because photos are by far the only memory you can hold on to after your special day and the video coverage too.

This project is perfect if you want to save a lot of the expense related to buying a flower crown.

Total Time: 15-20 minutes



  • glue stick
  • half meter, or according to your head size, tie wire
  • calendar pages
  • scissors


  1. Cut calendar vertically about an inch wide.
  2. Roll it around th tie wire to cover it.
  3. Stick together each of the tie wire's ends to make it round.
  4. Fold the remaining calendar strips about 4 times and cut the mid bottom and the top tips of the folded paper. (as shown in the picture)
  5. Form a flower by rolling it loosely and twist the tips under and stick it on the covered tie wire following your own design. You can use anyting you want.
  6. Wear it with confidence.

This is a beautiful and simple flower crown perfect for any age to wear (children/adult). This can even be done for special occasions like: bachelorette/engagement parties, graduation, weddings, birthdays, and so forth. You may even have all the supplies at your own home and backyard!
