Place ice in blender on "crush ice" setting, whirl until slush-like consistancy, add all other ingredients into blender and mix well. Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.

Might I suggest 1 teaspoon instant expresso rather than Irish Cream creamer as a closer non-alcoholic flavoring for Tia Maria? To compensate as a non-alcoholic rum flavor you can use 1/2 teaspoon rum extract or vanilla extract.
