I have a Whirlpool French door refrigerator model GI0fsaxvy010. I am having a problem with water and the ice dispenser. The ice in the bin must be melting a little because there the ice cubes seem to be fused together making a large chunk of ice. Also there is a small drip of water coming out on the outside of the dispenser.

It sounds like you have a clogged water line.
I sure don't know if this is the problem, but it almost sounds like your ice begins to melt, (not cold enough in the freezer), which would cause it to melt a bit and clump together. Try turning down your freezer temp a bit.
Also, water will drip from the ice dispenser if there's a cube or two stuck (where the ice comes out) but look on the inside of the door as sometimes ice gets jammed in that part of the dispenser.
