Ideas for a 14th Birthday Party?

I am turning 14 on the 8th of May 2015. I am having 5 girls over, 3 are having a sleepover. We are going out for dinner to a nice restaurant, but I want to do something fun during the day. I live in Ireland so I don't have a basement. We have no malls and roller rinks, etc. I don't want a movie coz that's boring and one of my friends is a tomboy so nothing like a disco, spa, dress up, etc. I have 3 weeks so if you have any ideas comment below because I need something amazing. It has to be cheap as well. Hopefully under 100, but if it's a little more no worries. Thanks.
