Identifying Bugs or Larvae?

Someone please help me on identifying these bugs/larvae.They're really tiny, black on inside like white clear coloring outline. I have been finding them on fabrics. They seem to hate bright lights. I have been working on a green mold problem also, have house dog as well. I don't know if either might be related. Any help be greatly appreciated, thanks.
