There are millions of porcelain figurines that were made over the years. Normally to identify one you should look on the bottom to see if it was signed or has a number. If you can not find any of this information you can visit a vintage shop that sells items such as this and they should be able to help you out.
You need to look on the back or the bottom for identifying markings. If there are none, the piece is mass-produced and not worth much.
