The photo doesn't show enough. I would venture it is a carpet beetle by the shape and general look, but it could also be a Japanese beetle. Can't fpgey a good read on the colors. It does not look like a bed bug.
I blew up your picture on my pc, and this looks like a Carpet Beetle. They love to create damage eating through fibers like wool, silk, feathers, and leather.
From the phone I can make out it is a carpet beetle. It looks like it is next to a wool blanket which they love to eat. I would try and get rid of these ASAP before you start finding holes in a lot of brackets and other things in your room.
