This is very common ths time of the year and a lot of carpet beetles start to come out when the season starts to warm up. They are typical carpet beetles in your home. Lay down some sticky fly paper and vacuum up the room. Empty the cleaner each time to get rid of them.
this beetle you are seeing is a larder beetle they like to sneak into your window seal and crawled in your bed sometimes but they don't bite they are harmless and there color can scare off other bug's i suggest putting something sticky like flypaper down by a window with something sweet in the middle so they are attacked when there on the paper you can spray them with the anti bug spray and they will disappear.
