Identifying Thrifted Dolls?

Identifying Thrifted Dolls?Hello everyone! Bought these two at a thrift shop today and was wondering if anyone is able to identify their age brand or anything else about them.

While there was definetly some marking on the blond doll's neck, I can't tell what it is, plus there is a zip tie on her neck and a zipper on the back of her dress. The stand she came with was made in Taiwan but I'm not sure if she had it originally or if it was purchased for display by her previous owner.

The other doll has no markings of brand or anything like that, but a defying characteristic would be a bit of a sloppy paint job? Sometimes it is uneven or patchy, not sure if its the age / storing conditions, or maybe painted by someone as a DIY project. It is particularly noticeble on the feet, one of them was shattered and previously repaired. His jumpsuit and ruffle both tie up, there are no zippers or vercro, which might or might not be significant.
I am a pretty new collector and would really appreciate any information on these two, as they are a bit of a mystery to me. Thank you. (Sorry about the photo quality)
