I keep finding these bugs in my room and I have no clue what they are. Can someone help me please?

i do not think that looks like a bedbug. First of, looks too big. Secondly, it looks to long and skinny
bedbugs in an unfed state look essentially like very small coins with legs - completely round and flat.
in their fed state they do resemble more the image you have here in that being engorged with blood makes them less flat
also bedbugs have abbsolutely no wings of any sort -this bug here the pic is too hard to tell but it looks winged like a beetle
I found only one of these in my room so far I havent seen a bug like that sense

I found like 40 of these flying around my room and landing on my bed so I need help identifying these

Is it jumping? It looks like it could possibly be a springtail. If your bed is by a window they can get in after a large rainstorm or where there's any openings where you've opened the window.
Well idk it's name in English but my mum said that it's a bug that's given birth when cupboards gets fungus because of the hot temperature
