I find these brown bugs around me and a couple of times in my hair. It is so stressful. Is that lice? If not, what would it be and how can I get rid of them?

Human lice are clearish in color. Dog lice are brown:

It is possible that you found them in your hair and they are not lice, just a bug that got lost and landed there.
You don't say if they crawl or walk only or if they fly.
I hope you can figure it out quickly and get a resolution.

Thank you. At the beginning I thought thy just crawl but I saw one flying only yesterday and I saw few others around the house. It makes me relieved that they dont come from my hair but still they are around the place.

Bugs in hair are a concern. They could be fleas.
This one is hard to say because the images are blurry. If you have pets check them for ticks and fleas first off. I know in some places ticks run wild even if there are no animals around. My sister in law had them crawling up the outside of her home and when she slept at night some got in her hair. I would take this to a pest control shop to find out how to get rid of them.
I suggest you take it to an extermintor,then you will know how to take care of it.
