this looks like one of those Raggedy Ann or Raggedy Andy dolls to me, some sort of variant
I have spent way more time than I should have looking for '1950s cloth pillow doll heart-shaped nose bow tie' and nothing comes up.
It is probably homemade,by someone.I did a search and did not find it.
