We call it "rosa laurel" in Mexico. Scientific name is Nerium Oleander, and from the picture it seems it's got double petals. Soo cool! Hope it was helpful
I looked it up in my flower book and it says it is a tree is that true
I think it's "nerium oleander" with double petals. So pretty!
