I agree with Pghgirl that it appears to be a Parallel Peperomia (common); or Peperomia puteolata..
There are so many varieties of Peperomia that sometimes you have to look at the leaf formation as well as growth pattern.
They are very easy plants to grow.

I agree that it is one of the many types of peperomia houseplants. The brighter the light, the more intense the colors will be for this plant! I love them!
