It looks part of a antique Field Cultivator that would get pulled by a tractor, cutting down hay to be collected - www.yesterdaystractors.com/
It looks like it might be an antique horse-drawn mower.
I believe you only have a part of an implement but you can post your picture on these site and probably receive some answers.
